You may cancel your order at any time before it has been shipped for a full refund. Once your order has entered the shipping process, it can no longer be canceled. To cancel an order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. We accept returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition as when you received it, and in its original packaging with all tags attached. A valid proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns. Some items may be exempt from returns due to hygiene reasons or product nature (e.g., personalized items). Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted. You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (wrong item shipped, defective product, etc.). We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance for valuable items.
Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. The exact timing depends on your bank or credit card company's processing time. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. There is often some processing time before a refund appears in your account.
